In this day and time we are constantly bombarded with distractions, disruptions, disappointments and disenchantments.

We get distracted with all of the news media focusing on the current election fury. It becomes overwhelming, just when you think you've got your mind set on the right candidate, another dirty story appears, and then they have the tenacity to say, "I'm So n So and I endorse this message?

Why can't these political candidates say something nice about each other? Why can't we have a debate to see who can say more nice things about the other person rather than all of the bad, especially things that are so old and not relevant?

We get disrupted by nature, her fierce storms and devastations.

We are constantly disappointed from our leaders and their decisions, and looking for others to blame instead of taking responsibility themselves for their actions.

Get help to those that need it and stop passing the buck, same old excuse, help is on the way/the check is in the mail crap.

The weather guys knew for weeks/months even, what was coming. So why weren't we prepared and had FEMA in choppers ready to go? Sure New Yorkers are resilient and bounce back but for God's sakes let's be ahead of the game for once. Don't you ever watch any of the movies where an invasion/earthquake/super storm is coming and can you not see what their waiting, stalling and disbelief did, and how awful the impact it made. Did no one learn from Katrina?

So it's no wonder that we end up disenchanted with this whole world and the predominant persons of interest that are supposed to be looking out for us little people.

This blog is supposed to be about your body, mind and spirit and the only way to get those three things in alignment is to first get that off my chest.

I look forward to the end of this election and the New Beginnings in store for all human kind.
